工作内容

·         Review monthly sales report and media schedules to set up reconciliation files.

·         Process and upload electronic invoices to media management system, and reconcile airing data within against media purchases

·         Identify, communicate and settle any discrepancies with TV/radio stations before allocating costs and prepare invoice summaries for accounts payable to process payment

·         Review weekly clearance report with reporting department, identify and investigate any potential problem airing, and perform follow-up duties where necessary

·         With Controller, prepare client credits once media for the month is fully reconciled.

·         As required, provide proof of performance reports to clients.

·         Liaise with all other departments on questions and concerns.
