9 [! g8 W2 k _8 }% ^, _( t! B$ OThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: + `9 A! ?" `# H9 }
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
6 x. o: d7 w) n8 q* `- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. 5 h. n" Q7 z; m/ `3 m
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
3 t1 `/ A+ G t2 n# {& h- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
% g+ z& ~, t( ]/ d# }/ u- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. 7 v# Y2 Q4 u) @! y* F# w
- Maintain daily production records.
