5 [6 ]0 W* o, d8 n' x0 H3 xThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities: 0 k4 K8 J3 I" D4 d1 n: m
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
7 V5 p% |1 f. ]! l- U- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
( P) k; X- b3 A! a+ S- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. : } \5 `+ [$ t" {" z

Qualifications:
