5 n" ~1 D6 }! \+ X! Z9 [: D2 eThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

) v8 |# W0 b( g1 V- QJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- v+ m, G! k; Z6 e- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
  ]) {! h" w# C9 J# H- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
' h4 f6 Q, X; Y) [- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
- Effective English communication skills
) \% Y5 k4 V  [: c! L- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

- Ability to work in a team
& T7 G0 g* k% {/ y- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Wage:

$13 per hour + car allowance ( if applicable)
