Job Description
" W* u! K p- |' C# [9 @The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. t9 O' P, Y( P8 H- S7 L+ o

Job Responsibilities:
4 {3 ?( f/ ]& C- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. ' c! {0 D- H, r, n7 l' d( W6 Q
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. . B* i K' L& v' x( F
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
% Q" H* g7 _$ g% T- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
( K) a: q5 g: t2 w& r% Y9 {, F: b- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Qualifications:
