Job Description
+ r" X6 A' o1 i, G3 ], oThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

- A' [- Z8 C* X, I0 Y U5 ]Job Responsibilities:
* ^; E1 r2 ?$ R# l- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
$ s' {" l% f' N" x- G8 u- B- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
, j$ ^: K4 ? J7 O3 B- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 2 Q5 N2 F% j2 t
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- V/ N" y5 `- H8 e! T: s, Z- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods. 4 G9 B5 J$ f) t9 a$ V
- Maintain daily production records.
0 g# f( |) i: G- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
