Job Description
# k. I0 X" u' T$ tThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. o' U+ V; C/ V! O; K7 v+ E' Y
7 N# X3 a1 l" \ F1 r- _
Job Responsibilities:
1 u3 h3 W' y' q& O- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. $ v! E5 ~1 a$ L9 ^5 A+ X% E
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. & q3 [4 ?. \% k& ~2 `$ {2 M
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
* R4 _; I( c3 s- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
2 D9 p$ L* g# L5 T- z4 V, V- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
2 x8 P9 b9 W# P* y# _2 T- Maintain daily production records. + {8 t2 o( m3 C) r; ]- h! ~
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required. ; l: W' x/ P, `' {7 W9 o3 [! G

Qualifications:

- Likes dealing with people
