•        Providing client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium1 M' |" Z7 {6 ?5 W( |8 Z! T1 e
•        Coordinating and providing support to co-workers engaged in problem-solving, monitoring, and other related technical support issues  ]- O* H8 C, P, r+ R
•        Testing/watching over SEO Tools/Emailserving, etc6 U6 C( g" d: G
•        Optimizing Sites4 x! ?: p, ~9 k
•        Reviewing and replying Technical Support Tickets
* a: e. q( j6 S' I6 D% {  g# o•        Reviewing and replying submitted bugs
9 I) N8 q( B  b# x$ H•        Any other technical or miscellaneous work in general7 m6 `  W0 s  L0 J! F; M7 K+ B( r

•        QUALIFICATIONS:6 a! I6 {4 z( Z) L% s

•        A College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT fields' u5 Y  c7 ^  J: t
•        Knowledge of CSS, HTML, C++, SQL, PHP, LINUX, SEO
( W1 z) E! H7 |, z  r$ Y•        At least 1 year of working experience preferred, Customer Service experience is a plus
0 D, z* q" o( w•        Able to promptly answer support through email, phone calls and other electronic communications. .
$ m) Z) Y" u! n" z5 r•        Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
2 m+ X: M; F& @3 Y: `- i, X& A•        Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills
" k* k. X# P$ l' E1 n•        Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized; T" v6 w% h) a+ F
•        Fluent oral and written English
$ T3 J5 K% }/ L•        Team work, ability to share ideas and interact with other colleagues
