The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. 9 C5 @& v' w- T) Z2 X2 Z
1 P0 r0 x* I+ Y7 G0 B3 V0 }Job Responsibilities: # [6 c/ p) M) q* m
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
. @) S3 _# z( N0 ~- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. : f% C9 o$ A6 u% ]
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
