The steps of Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT(BM):

2. Drink well including plenty of fluids4 ~# D" w, s0 f3 a! q6 f
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week) b+ u3 m. M0 ?% ~
4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea.../ ?: I! A, V3 h4 |. t
5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training* y* e' t8 v" U! R- [4 Y, x" F

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
