The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

3 p5 C, I$ h3 PJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
$ D+ [6 H, G' x% Q- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
8 h6 f9 o* s: Y; |8 r* A4 b- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
9 L6 l2 o/ M0 B" }7 p3 B1 |- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
: e' W, @# p, {: s- E( j- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
- Effective English communication skills
( }' a3 `" L" j% j- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
: w" H' E  s- Q! J7 U) d- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
