Job Description
- G8 g0 [, a% }+ |The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

. ] {2 X9 u& lJob Responsibilities: 7 u$ J, S# p) v& L% E. Y: i
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
# ~+ H7 Z/ R. F' G9 c5 }- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. ! b$ v" y Z0 R: n' {
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
7 d2 u ]# A& j6 o- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
! @( E4 H: V0 g6 ], r- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
5 g7 A; ]6 P' m1 o- Maintain daily production records.

- Effective English communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
