, ]5 \& I4 b. YThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. 1 G( p q# |1 k3 b

Job Responsibilities: 4 R. K8 m. m, m+ k: |
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 4 l0 f- r" j8 u1 R
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
, T7 @6 c( ]4 K5 Y, s& O1 l* ~& e* ~" K- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 5 B p# e# l0 a: ~! U( B* t
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk " m9 N8 F. p8 V: U
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
