Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
2 K5 k! V' N/ |        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
0 G" o% y, V% f. g+ U   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
' b, T0 _0 a& j- e$ e% |2 h' R   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week0 G3 r- @  v' K$ z! A$ V4 P
   4.  Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea.../ T) H) I8 L& h& n$ M& C8 R
