; |' C- A& X  o1 Z# _& |The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

, n: U% Z: i3 ~+ H* c& H% `6 MJob Responsibilities:
1 V2 ^! \3 ?$ u0 w8 O- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
% K! ?7 _; Q" [$ b0 v  i- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
; X% {) I+ P1 {- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
  O0 y& B- f2 l+ x- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
; O+ C: W% ?* {5 e  T2 m- Maintain daily production records.
3 @; l2 O- b- V" }+ R* f. c% ]0 l- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.


Qualifications:
